On The Move Furbaby Transport provides local pet transportation within Citrus County, Florida. We also offer select cross-country trips at our discretion. Our service includes picking up your pet, transporting them safely, and dropping them off at their destination.
We work with pet owners who need reliable transport and partner with veterinarians, groomers, breeders, trainers, kennels, boarding facilities, and doggy daycares across the county.
We’re transport specialists. We don’t provide veterinary care, grooming, training, or boarding services. While our team knows pet safety and basic emergency response, we’re not medical providers. We can’t treat injuries or health issues that happen before, during, or after transport.
When you book our service, you agree to these terms. Here’s what that means:

We know plans change. Here’s how we handle schedule changes and refunds
If you can’t make your scheduled pickup time and we can’t reach you, you’ll lose your ride fee.
No one likes canceling, but sometimes it happens. Here’s what to expect:
Sometimes the weather acts up, roads close, or other things happen that we can’t control. We don’t automatically give refunds for these delays, but we’ll work with you to find a fair solution. Keep in touch with us if problems come up.
Medical emergencies are different. If you have to cancel because your pet needs urgent care, let us know. Send us proof from your vet and we’ll likely give you credit toward future rides.

We handle refunds and credits based on what makes sense for each situation. Please talk to us directly about any payment concerns. Chargebacks through your bank or credit card aren’t allowed. If you dispute a charge without talking to us first, we might take legal action and ask you to pay our costs.
